About me
A career built on moving freight.
I'm Mike Merlo. Freight brokerage and logistics sales is the industry I built my career in, the work I'm most passionate about, and where my expertise is deepest.
I started on the last-mile side of the business, learned dispatch and route economics from the ground up, then spent a decade running my own cross-border freight brokerage — building the team, the carrier network, and the technology stack that made it hum. Today I'm the founder of ReThink Logistics Inc., a boutique freight brokerage built on everything the last fifteen years taught me about moving freight the right way.
Every load is a promise — to a shipper, a driver, and a customer waiting on the other end. My career has been about keeping that promise, at scale.
